Jonathan Lu is a retired US Army Green Beret with over 20 years of experience as a Combat Medic, Special Forces Medical Sergeant, Operational Detachment-Alpha Team Sergeant, and Chief Medical Operations NCO. He specializes in behavior change and integrated health coaching and is passionate about wellness among military servicemembers, veterans, and first responders. While on active duty, he served his rural community for seven years as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, instructor, and firefighter association president.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Sciences and Master of Public Health from George Washington University as well as a doctorate in Clinical Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Master Certified Health Education Specialist and an American Council on Exercise Certified Health Coach.
